ArSa Nexus operates MenuMemoir, a restaurant ordering and management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Service at menumemoir.com.
2. Information We Collect
Restaurant Owner Information: Email address, password (encrypted), restaurant name, address, phone, tagline, menu content including photos, and account activity.
Customer Order Information: Table number, dishes ordered, quantities, prices, special instructions, order timestamps, and a temporary session token for bill request security.
Technical Information: IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, error logs, and session replay data for debugging.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and operate the Service, process and display customer orders, send real-time order status updates, diagnose and fix technical issues, communicate with restaurant owners, and improve the Service.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate MenuMemoir:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage (AWS Mumbai, India)
- Vercel — hosting and deployment (United States)
- Sentry — error tracking and session replay (United States)
We may also disclose information if required by law or court order.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase servers in Mumbai, India (AWS ap-south-1). We implement encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted password storage (bcrypt), row-level security policies, and regular automated backups. No system is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
- Restaurant account data: duration of subscription + 30 days after termination
- Customer order data: 12 months from order date
- Error logs: 90 days
- Session replays: 30 days
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise these rights, contact arsanexus@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
MenuMemoir uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
9. Children's Privacy
MenuMemoir is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify restaurant owners of material changes via email at least fourteen (14) days before changes take effect.
